Chris was great! He communicated when he would arrive. He took the time to contact the city and have their part of the outside leak repaired within an hour. He replaced my outside pipe. His prices were comparable to others. He did a good job explaining everything he did. He lives in Deer Park, always a plus. He will be my go to plumber from now on.

I have used Absolute Plumbing Services several times and have never had an unpleasant experience. Chris is very professional and very reasonable. Chris came to my rescue in a time of desperate need. My hot water heater went out, and Chris installed a brand new water heater the next day. I was so thankful for him and his responsiveness. Chris is the most honest and reliable plumber I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for a good, honest and reliable plumber, Chris is the guy for you.

Overall extremely satisfied with Chris’ work. He and his crew have excellent work ethics and are extremely respectful of your property. Chris installed a tankless water heater and repaired our shower by replacing our leaky shower head. They have also unclogged our tub drain and repaired the garbage disposal in the past few months. We are SO happy with their service that we will also be using them to install better toilets in our home. I can’t speak highly enough of how pleased and grateful we are with Chris and his team. Very pleased and highly recommend Absolute Plumbing Services. Honest Affordable Quality Work We had an issue with our kitchen drain and Absolute was the only plumber available for an immediate call to come out and check it. While they were there were checking the kitchen drain they checked the laudry drain for no extra charged. They found issues with both (something we already knew but have been putting off the repair). Chris explained what would need to be done and gave me a quote. I told Chris I wanted to get other bids and he said of course. After calling around and getting 7 different estimates to replace the sewer line from the kitchen and laundry all the way to the main sewer line, we chose Absolute. I was leary at first because I just don't trust people and I think everyone is out to make a quick buck. Chris is not that guy! Chris explained every step of the repair and what would be needed. As repairs go with older homes challenges arise. We had some repair work done 10 years prior and the work was less that standard. Chris showed this to us and explained what the issues were and what problems this error could cause (this we were already experiencing). Chris said as a plumber and an honest person he would not let this issue stay as he wants his jobs to be right and proper. Since they were already replacing the line I said go ahead. To my surprise the cost was minimal. As the repairs were completed I took a look at the work done under the house and saw something I didn't like. I called Chris and shared some photos. Without hesitation Chris agreed and had someone out to make the necessary changes. Chris said we need to make this repair right. Throughout this project we had issues with weather and other small items and Chris would always keeping us informed. I would definitely use Absolute Plumbing Services again.

As soon as the problem was identified I was told upfront what the cost would be. After the job was complete Chris provided a thorough summary and friendly conversation. He offered a quote for future work without pushing at all and was completely honest while educating me of the aspects I should consider. A truly trustworthy plumber.

Our water heater recently stopped working. For a family of five, including three smelly athletes, this was troubling indeed. Absolute Plumbing literally saved the day! We placed a call, discussed some details and go a new water heater within 24-hours. Chris and his assistant were professional, friendly, respectful of my home. They gave an overview of the work performed and answered my questions in a patient manner. I couldn’t have wished for better service. We use One Guard home warranty and have had less than desirable results with plumbers in the past. We had a wonderful experience with Chris. He was fast, efficient, kind and helpful. We will definitely request him in the future. I highly recommend!
